Buying a new car isn’t fun for me, but Mark at Burtness actually made it a pleasant experience. There was no high pressure, as he patiently guided us through the process, helped us figure out what we actually wanted and made it happen. We never felt pressured like we had to get it done today, he kept in contact with us the changing inventory until we landed on the exact fit for us. Very happy with the experience and we feel we got a great deal.

Awesome experience!! Would give 10⭐️stars if I could, especially after visiting a different dealership with a family member…ugh! James was great-he actually let me take the car out & drive it, instead of just driving around the block like other dealerships I’ve been to. He let me drive a couple vehicles to make sure I was confident with my choice. He found the exact car I wanted in Indiana & got it for me. I was informed of available options & upgrades, but was not pressured to purchase them. Honest & trustworthy!
