Went there they did the work requested asked about air filter cab filter said would do myself went to take screws out to change filter one was stripped out and one is missing.

Service is great I am not happy with the truck right now. They fixed the leaking transmission now the radio is dead. It's the second wiring issue I have had with this truck. I thought GM was better than my last Ford I am beginning to rethink my thoughts, as far as service they are great.

I lost my right arm do to a work related injury and both of my vehicles needed oil changes in the last week. Both times I was very satisfied. The Only 1 improvement could be a MILITARY DISCOUNT.

Had a warranty fix and I didn't make it until closer to closing and someone stayed while he was off the clock to get my tire and rim off and the spare put on. Same with when I got the new rim back. They very easily Could have made me come back the next day but the mechanics and the service desk worker (girl) made it happen!
They were quick and courteous and friendly. The whole experience there was very pleasant. I would recommend them and will come back again

Need to communicate better. Sounds like everyone isn't on same page and wish communication happened before charges like discussed when making appointment. Also should be discussed about diagnostic fee. I didn't find out how much the diagnostic fee was until my car was finished. Communication goes a long way and I could have said to wait if it was going to cost so much instead of taking food off the table. The guy I dropped off to barely paid attention, and didn't communicate much with me. I had to ask where loaner car was even at too.

Not new to Chevy or the area but was looking for a place with better service. Appointment was easy to make. I was greeted by name when I drove in. Service was timely. I had a few quotes for other repairs that were very reasonable and much less than the other dealer I worked with. I had interest in a new vehicle and was helped immediately and treated well. I'm buying a truck tomorrow and will be a customer as long as this service keeps up.
