Burtness has always been where my family does business. We have always been treated very fairly and anytime there are issues or questions there is not hesitation to help or figure things out.
Sales team doesn't review work previously done on vehicle. I was asked if I wanted my antifreeze changed because my car is 6 yrs old. However within the last month this same dealer replaced my radiator because they said it was leaking, so has fresh antifreeze. Makes me question other suggestions for work, seems just trying to upsell a job for things that aren't needed. Disappointed for sure.

They gave my car to me with a wire jammed into the fuse box and didn't clean the air intake which is still dusty. Should be red after oiling. Now have to spend ~$1,000 more dollars at a dealer in California to fix someone else's work. I could have moved my pick up back but the car had a band-aid put on. Dan was great and so was Cass but that fix should never have left a professional shop.
I had my car serviced. I had my car serviced and they informed me my tire treads were halfway worn and the back break pads would need to be changed within a visit or 2.

Everyone is friendly. Appointments are always on time. It's a nice set up to pull in & not have to step out in the weather. There's a nice waiting room. They treat you like family. They even go out of the way for you even after hours.
Oil and tire rotation need to be faster. Get two guys on it or something. I usually get the tire alignment and maybe that adds to it but nothing is ever said about how much time that adds to it. I also see the tech drove the truck multiple times I'm sure that's normal but explain why.
Burtness Chevrolet is the only dealership that we purchase our cars from. Outstanding service and communication always. Highly recommend.

Had my car towed there on a Sunday. Monday morning James called me and I told him what happened. About 3:00 pm I called and asked what did they find out and another guy told me what they found and had to order the part, but it would have been nice if James would have called me on updates.
