Service Lane Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers
  • Working w/ service and technician team to take care of customers
  • Regular training
  • Adhere to work schedule and attendance expectations
  • Following up on customer needs and questions
  • Scheduling service appointments
  • Calling service customers
  • Translating technical language

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license & good driving record
  • Present a clean & neat professional appearance
  • Able to identify and implement resolutions for customer and staff needs
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn & train
  • Typing skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Autosoft experience a plus
  • Previous Automotive experience a plus
